For more than 15 years Chance has partnered with recording artist and actor Emcee One and formed the group OneChance Leadership. The duo is more than just comedy and hip hop, they are true facilitators for organizations, communities, and conferences. When OneChance come together their performance is authentic, fun, on time, and motivating. They have shared the stage together at places such as the White House, Nike N7, The National UNITY Conference, various colleges and tribal communities across the country.
Chance founded Our Native Men Inc in the Fall of 2016, which is registered and operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit. "Our Native Men, Inc" offers trainings for adolescent males up into adulthood with the goal to teach young men the value of life skills in efforts for individual growth and in society. Outreach opportunities are through support groups, father and son initiatives, athletic programs, on-site trainings and community volunteering.
Chance started Cloudboy Consulting LLC out of a dorm room while attending Haskell Indian Nations University in 1998. The purpose of Cloudboy Consulting is to provide quality service and outreach to enhance programs focused on youth, family and community. For the past 18 years Cloudboy Consulting has been active with administrations, peer mentors and community health representatives. The effort is to bring awareness to cultural resilience and collaboration between native and non-natives. A few organizations we are currently privileged to subcontract and consult with are; North Dakota Indian Affairs Commission, The National Tribal Child Support Association and Tribal Tech, LLC.
